Remembering David Kagan

As we begin this new chapter, we also mourn the recent passing of our friend and colleague David Kagan. David co-founded Kagan Binder with Mark Binder and helped build it into a deeply respected intellectual property practice.

David was instrumental in bringing our teams together. Although he did not live to see the combination completed, his vision helped make it possible. We are grateful for his friendship, leadership, and lasting contributions to his clients, colleagues, and the intellectual property profession. His legacy will remain an important part of the firm we are building together.
